After all, being gluten intolerant shouldn’t mean you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Our gluten free fruitcakes in Cornwall are also dairy, wheat and sugar free. In fact they are packed with superfood ingredients making them a healthier option to add to your cup of tea in the afternoon. Perfect for coeliacs and sugar conscious amongst you with no compromise on flavor.
We are particularly passionate about making all our cakes to the best quality, regardless of what they have in them (or not as the case may be!) Our decorated and plain speciality Cornish Fruitcakes are packed with dried plums and apricots which are full of vitamins. Dried plums are a fab source of dietary fibre, potassium and copper; apricots are also a rich source of vitamin A, dietary fibre, potassium, iron, calcium and more. We use a tiny amount of locally sourced honey and matured these speciality fruitcakes in brandy which is fruit rather than grain based.
